# Desktop OS QA Recovery Plan

1. Fix window geometry, snap, resize, responsive manifest sizing, viewport overflow, command modal layout, context menus, tokenized shell panels, lock isolation, shell actions, and route wildcard.
2. Fix API/data seams found by triage: payment-adapter fallback, customer creation route, tenant-scoped layout-cache identity changes, and Hebrew RTL statement PDF output.
3. Add and verify desktop/mobile wallpaper assets and PWA precache coverage.
4. Run OS unit tests, API route/full tests, typechecks, lint, production build, bundle budget, and focused PDF validation.
5. Review the complete diff, commit the isolated branch, push it, and open a PR.

Rationale: the QA report grouped independent visual, window-manager, shell-action, routing, and API failures; this order removes interaction blockers first, then validates cross-layer contracts before publishing.
