**Deps:** `commerce-orders` + `commerce-catalog` + `db` only (CORE slice). No `util`, `auth`, `affiliate`, `invoicing`, or `ledger`. Credential + payouts subpaths deferred.

**Tests:** Wave A = pure unit tests; Wave B/C = pglite (`@platform-modules/db/pglite`) `singleFork` integration.
