A source-preserving hybrid Gutenberg pet-care theme with dynamic pets, services, events, team profiles, blog content and one-click demo import.

== Installation ==
1. Upload and activate the theme.
2. Use the activation notice or open Appearance → Import Demo.
3. Run Delete existing content and import demo. This permanently removes existing site content, including Pages, Posts, stored custom post types, media, comments, terms and menus, before rebuilding the bundled demo.
4. Edit dedicated page layouts in Gutenberg and structured records in their WordPress post-type screens.

== Gutenberg ==
Source Section blocks expose source-derived component fields, including an expandable complete source-content control set. Dedicated United Pets page templates and page-layout patterns provide canonical block compositions. Query Cards render WordPress records into the supplied service, adoption, blog and team card DOM. Editor previews are REST-independent. No page-sized Custom HTML block is required.

== Forms ==
Contact uses wp_mail() with nonce validation, sanitization, validation and honeypot protection. Newsletter signups are stored privately in WordPress. The source PHP mail runtime is not shipped.
