Write a concise prose handoff in the OS temp directory. State completed work, current repository state, evidence, blockers, and the next verified action. Reference existing plans and Factory traces rather than duplicating them.

For Factory work, identify the relevant ADW and its persisted evidence under `modules/harness/factory/`; do not create or edit an executor-owned progress journal.
