Purpose:
- Generate or update project-specific Figma-to-code rules for `AGENTS.md`.
- Encode reusable conventions so future Figma implementation is consistent.

Rules:
- Use the Figma MCP `create_design_system_rules` tool before drafting final rules.
- Analyze the codebase for actual component locations, tokens, and styling conventions.
- Prefer specific, enforceable rules over vague suggestions.
- Output rules in a copy-ready structure for `AGENTS.md`.

Output format:
1. Codebase findings
2. Proposed rules
3. Save location (`AGENTS.md` section)
4. Validation plan (small test implementation)
