# Run Plan

Factory is the sole plan executor. After validating the markdown plan and its acceptance commands, invoke the relevant `factory adw_*` workflow from the repository root. Factory owns phase progression, evidence, permissions, and handoff state under `modules/harness/factory/`.

Do not launch a legacy runner, create a separate journal, background execution, or attempt automatic recovery. Inspect Factory output and the trace database for status; failures require explicit diagnosis and a new user-directed invocation.
