We dont have cursor anymore. `cursor-agent`, `ca.sh`, and every cursor seat are
retired. `ca.sh` refuses every invocation with exit 3.

NEVER dispatch implementation work to cursor. Route it to the factory
(`factory <adw> <plan-path>`) or another available executor.
