Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using Multilingual Press Zone. --- ## 1. Agreement to Terms By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Multilingual Press Zone ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Plugin. ### 1.1 Definitions - **"Plugin"** refers to Multilingual Press Zone software, including all updates, documentation, and related materials. - **"Press.Zone"**, **"we"**, **"us"**, or **"our"** refers to Press.Zone, the company that develops and distributes the Plugin. - **"You"** or **"Customer"** refers to the individual or entity that purchases and uses the Plugin. - **"License"** refers to the right to use the Plugin as granted under these Terms. - **"Site"** refers to a single WordPress installation. ### 1.2 Acceptance You accept these Terms by: - Purchasing a License - Downloading the Plugin - Installing the Plugin - Using the Plugin - Clicking "I Agree" during installation --- ## 2. License Grant ### 2.1 License Types Press.Zone offers three License tiers: **Starter License** ($99/year) - Use on 1 Site - 1 year of updates - 1 year of support (48-hour response time) - Community forum access **Pro License** ($299/year) - Use on up to 5 Sites - 1 year of updates - 1 year of priority support (24-hour response time) - Live chat access - Advanced workflow features **Enterprise License** ($999/year) - Unlimited Sites - 1 year of updates - 1 year of premium support (4-hour response time, 24/7) - Phone support - White-label capabilities - Dedicated account manager ### 2.2 Scope of License Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Press.Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: 1. Install and use the Plugin on the number of Sites permitted by your License tier 2. Access updates and support during your subscription period 3. Create derivative works for your own use (subject to restrictions below) ### 2.3 License Restrictions You may NOT: 1. **Redistribute**: Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Plugin 2. **Share**: Share your License Key with unauthorized parties 3. **Modify Core**: Modify Plugin core files (except for permitted customizations) 4. **Remove Attribution**: Remove copyright notices or attribution (Enterprise tier may customize) 5. **Reverse Engineer**: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Plugin (except as permitted by law) 6. **Bundle**: Include the Plugin in themes, plugins, or products for sale 7. **Create Competing Product**: Use the Plugin to create a competing multilingual plugin ### 2.4 Permitted Uses You MAY: 1. Create custom translations 2. Create custom extensions (hooks/filters) 3. Modify styling via CSS 4. Create client sites using your License (within Site limits) 5. Use on localhost/staging sites (in addition to production sites) --- ## 3. Payment Terms ### 3.1 Subscription Model All Licenses are annual subscriptions that automatically renew unless canceled. ### 3.2 Pricing - Current pricing is displayed at https://press.zone/multilingual/pricing - We reserve the right to change pricing for renewals with 30 days' notice - Price changes do not affect current subscription period ### 3.3 Payment Methods We accept: - PayPal - Credit Cards (via Stripe) - Wire Transfer (Enterprise tier only, with prepayment) ### 3.4 Automatic Renewal - Licenses automatically renew annually - You will be charged 7 days before expiration - Renewal email sent 14 days before expiration - Cancel anytime before renewal date to avoid charges ### 3.5 Failed Payments - If payment fails, you have 14-day grace period - After grace period, License is suspended - Support and updates discontinued - Site functionality may be limited (grace mode) ### 3.6 Refunds See Section 8 (Refund Policy) for details. --- ## 4. Updates and Support ### 4.1 Updates During your active subscription: - **Security Updates**: Critical security patches provided immediately - **Bug Fix Updates**: Regular bug fixes (typically monthly) - **Feature Updates**: New features and improvements (typically quarterly) - **WordPress Compatibility**: Updates for new WordPress versions You must maintain an active subscription to receive updates. ### 4.2 Support Support levels vary by License tier: **Starter**: - Email support - 48-hour response time (business days) - Community forum access - Knowledge base access **Pro**: - Priority email support - Live chat support - 24-hour response time (including weekends) - Video tutorials - Screen sharing assistance **Enterprise**: - 24/7 phone support - 4-hour response time (24/7) - Dedicated account manager - Priority bug fixes - Custom development consultation - Migration assistance ### 4.3 Support Scope Support includes: - Plugin installation assistance - Bug reports and fixes - Feature usage guidance - WPML migration assistance - Compatibility issue resolution Support does NOT include: - Custom development - Theme/plugin conflict resolution (not caused by our Plugin) - Server configuration - General WordPress support - Styling/design customization ### 4.4 Support Hours - **Business Hours**: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST - **Extended Hours** (Pro/Enterprise): Monday-Sunday, 9 AM - 9 PM EST - **24/7 Support** (Enterprise only): All days, all hours --- ## 5. Proprietary Rights ### 5.1 Ownership The Plugin is licensed, not sold. Press.Zone retains all right, title, and interest in the Plugin, including all intellectual property rights. ### 5.2 Copyright © 2026 Press.Zone. All rights reserved. ### 5.3 Trademarks "Multilingual Press Zone" and "Press.Zone" are trademarks of Press.Zone. You may not use these trademarks without written permission, except as required to identify the Plugin. ### 5.4 Third-Party Components The Plugin may include third-party open-source components. Warranty and Disclaimer ### 6.1 Limited Warranty Press.Zone warrants that the Plugin will substantially conform to its documentation for 30 days from purchase. ### 6.2 Disclaimer **THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESS.ZONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:** - **MERCHANTABILITY**: Fitness for a particular purpose - **NON-INFRINGEMENT**: That the Plugin doesn't violate third-party rights - **UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION**: That the Plugin will operate without errors - **DATA LOSS**: That your data will not be lost or corrupted - **COMPATIBILITY**: That the Plugin works with all themes/plugins ### 6.3 Beta Features Certain features may be marked as "Beta" or "Experimental". These features: - Are provided for testing purposes - May have bugs or performance issues - May change or be removed without notice - Come with no warranty whatsoever --- ## 7. Limitation of Liability ### 7.1 Exclusion of Damages **TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESS.ZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:** - **Indirect Damages**: Lost profits, lost data, business interruption - **Consequential Damages**: Damages arising from use or inability to use the Plugin - **Incidental Damages**: Costs of substitute goods or services - **Special Damages**: Damages beyond direct financial loss - **Punitive Damages**: Damages intended to punish **Even if Press.Zone has been advised of the possibility of such damages.** ### 7.2 Liability Cap Press.Zone's total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for your License in the 12 months preceding the claim. ### 7.3 Jurisdictional Limitations Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. --- ## 8. Refund Policy ### 8.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if: - You are not satisfied with the Plugin - The Plugin doesn't work as advertised - You experience unresolved technical issues ### 8.2 Refund Conditions To receive a refund: 1. Request within 30 days of purchase 2. Contact support@press.zone 3. Provide License Key and reason for refund 4. Allow us to attempt resolution (optional) ### 8.3 Refund Process - Refunds processed within 5-7 business days - Refunded to original payment method - License Key deactivated upon refund - Access to updates/support terminated ### 8.4 No Partial Refunds - Refunds are full refunds only - No partial refunds for unused time - No refunds after 30-day period - No refunds for renewal charges (must cancel before renewal) ### 8.5 Abuse We reserve the right to refuse refunds for: - Repeated purchases and refunds - Fraudulent purchases - Violation of these Terms - Chargebacks (chargeback voids refund policy) --- ## 9. Termination ### 9.1 Termination by You You may terminate your License at any time by: - Not renewing your subscription - Contacting support to cancel - Uninstalling the Plugin Termination does not entitle you to a refund (except within 30-day period). ### 9.2 Termination by Press.Zone We may terminate your License immediately if you: - Violate these Terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Share your License Key - Use the Plugin on more Sites than permitted - Reverse engineer the Plugin - Create a competing product ### 9.3 Effects of Termination Upon termination: - Your License Key is deactivated - You lose access to updates - You lose access to support - Plugin may enter limited functionality mode - You must uninstall the Plugin (if terminated by us) ### 9.4 Data Retention After termination: - Your data remains on your WordPress site - You retain ability to export translations - We delete your account data per Privacy Policy --- ## 10. We never collect: - Post content or translations - User personal information - Site URLs (hashed only if opted in) - Payment information ### 10.3 GDPR Compliance We comply with GDPR.
