These Voucher Terms apply when you purchase or redeem a digital voucher through Multideal. They form part of our [Terms of Service](/legal/terms).

## 1. What is a voucher?

A voucher is a digital entitlement to receive goods or services from a Vendor on the terms shown in the deal listing, including validity period, redemption method, and restrictions.

## 2. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, your voucher is made available in the Service and may also be sent to the email address associated with your order.

## 3. Redemption

Present the voucher at the Vendor using the QR code or redemption code shown in the Service, during the stated validity period and subject to any booking or availability rules in the listing.

## 4. Cancellations and refunds

Statutory cancellation and refund rights apply as described in our Terms of Service and mandatory Israeli consumer law. In summary:

- Change-of-mind cancellation may be available within **14 days** of purchase for eligible vouchers, and at least **two Israeli business days** before a scheduled service where applicable.
- A legally permitted cancellation fee is the lower of **5%** of the amount paid or **₪100**, waived for defect or non-conformity.
- **Redeemed vouchers** are generally outside the change-of-mind cancellation right.
- Certain perishable or time-sensitive categories may be exempt from the statutory cancellation right under the Cancellation Regulations, 5771-2010.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

## 5. Expiry

Each voucher expires on the date shown in the listing or purchase record unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
