These Vendor Terms govern your registration and use of Multideal as a business (**"Vendor"**). They supplement our general [Terms of Service](/legal/terms) and [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy).

## 1. Eligibility

You must have authority to bind the business you register, provide accurate onboarding information, and complete identity and payout verification required by our payment partners.

## 2. Listings and fulfillment

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, availability, and fulfillment of your deals. You must honor valid vouchers presented in accordance with the listing.

## 3. Commission and payouts

Multideal charges the commission rate shown during onboarding and at checkout configuration. Net amounts are paid to your connected payout account subject to settlement holds, fraud review, and applicable law.

## 4. Cancellations and customer rights

You must comply with mandatory consumer law and the cancellation/refund rules displayed to customers. Multideal may facilitate refunds and chargebacks according to the Service policies and payment-provider rules.

## 5. Conduct

You must not mislead customers, discriminate unlawfully, circumvent the platform to avoid fees, or misuse customer data obtained through the Service.

## 6. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate vendor access for policy violations, fraud risk, legal requirements, or harm to customers or the platform, subject to applicable notice requirements.
