These Terms of Service (the **"Terms"**) govern your access to and use of the Multideal website, applications, and related services (together, the **"Service"**).

The Service is operated by **[[[LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]]]**, registration number **[[[COMPANY_REGISTRATION_NUMBER]]]**, of **[[[REGISTERED_ADDRESS]]]** (**"Multideal," "we," "us,"** or **"our"**).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 1. Other terms that apply

The following policies form part of these Terms where relevant:

- our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy);
- our [Cookie Policy](/legal/cookies);
- the [Voucher Terms](/legal/vouchers);
- the [Vendor Terms](/legal/tos-vendor), if you register or act as a vendor;
- the deal description, redemption instructions, cancellation policy, return policy, and other terms displayed before checkout; and
- any program-specific terms presented for group deals, promotions, clubs, referrals, or affiliate programs.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law controls. If a deal-specific term gives a consumer greater rights than these Terms, the more favorable deal-specific term applies.

## 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly at support@multi.deal if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service may allow guest checkout using an email address. A guest purchase may later be linked to an account using the same email address and the verification process we provide.

You may request account and data deletion through your profile. We may retain information when required for transactions, refunds, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, security, or other legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

## 3. What Multideal provides

Multideal is an Israeli marketplace through which independent local businesses (**"Vendors"**) advertise and sell discounted products, services, vouchers, and group deals to customers.

Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, the Vendor is the seller and provider of the advertised product or service. The Vendor is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its listing, availability, quality, safety, licensing, fulfillment, warranties, and honoring valid vouchers. Multideal provides marketplace, checkout, payment-facilitation, voucher, support, and dispute-handling services.

We verify Vendors as part of onboarding, but verification is not an endorsement or a guarantee that every Vendor or offering will meet your expectations. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that Multideal has under mandatory law or an express buyer-protection commitment in these Terms.

## 4. Listings, prices, and orders

Each listing should describe what is included, the Vendor, price, validity period, redemption conditions, availability, and material restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing those details before ordering.

Prices and the final amount payable are shown at checkout in Israeli new shekels unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, credits, and fees will be shown or incorporated as required by law before you confirm payment.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation or voucher. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for an obvious pricing or listing error, failed or suspected fraudulent payment, lack of stock or capacity, legal or safety concerns, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel after collecting payment and no equivalent remedy is accepted, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

## 5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and those providers to charge the amount shown at checkout and to perform authentication, fraud, refund, and reconciliation steps necessary for the transaction.

You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. We do not guarantee that a payment provider will approve a transaction. A temporary authorization or hold may be placed and later captured, released, or cancelled according to the deal flow.

Vendors and Multideal may issue separate tax documents for their respective portions of a transaction where required.

## 6. Vouchers and redemption

After a qualifying purchase, a digital voucher may be delivered by email and made available under **My Purchases**. A voucher can generally be redeemed by presenting its QR code or six-digit code to the relevant Vendor.

Each voucher is valid only for the offering, Vendor, quantity, dates, and conditions stated in the listing or voucher. You must redeem it before its displayed expiry date. A voucher marked as redeemed is treated as used and cannot be refunded except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we determine that the redemption status is erroneous.

Keep voucher codes secure. You are responsible for loss caused by voluntarily sharing a code, except to the extent caused by our breach or prohibited by law.

## 7. Cancellations, refunds, and returns

### 7.1 Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, disclosure, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and applicable regulations.

Where a cancellation fee is legally permitted, it will not exceed the maximum permitted by law. No cancellation fee will be charged where prohibited, including where applicable due to a defect, non-conformity, failure to supply on time, or another Vendor breach.

### 7.2 Unredeemed vouchers

You may submit a refund request for an unredeemed voucher through **My Purchases**. Change-of-mind cancellation is available only where the statutory conditions and any displayed deal terms allow it.

Approved card refunds are sent to the original payment method. They may take up to five business days to appear after processing, depending on the payment provider or card issuer.

For eligible coupon and group-deal purchases, a change-of-mind cancellation request must be made within 14 days after purchase and no later than two Israeli business days before the scheduled service. A legally permitted cancellation fee is the lower of 5% of the amount paid or ₪100. These conditions do not restrict claims based on non-supply, defect, non-conformity, an invalid refusal to honor a voucher, or another breach.

### 7.3 Physical products

The in-app returns flow applies only to a physical product that is marked returnable, has been paid for and delivered, has not been redeemed or already placed in an open return, and remains within the displayed return window. For eligible goods, a change-of-mind cancellation request may be made within 14 days after recorded delivery, unless mandatory law or a more favorable displayed policy requires longer.

We may request up to six photographs. At least one photograph may be required for a defective product, transit damage, or a wrong item.

For a buyer-responsibility return, an applicable cancellation deduction will not exceed the lower of 5% of the amount paid or ₪100 and remains subject to mandatory law. For a qualifying Vendor-responsibility return—such as defect, transit damage, material non-conformity, wrong item, or late arrival—the base refund is not reduced by a cancellation deduction, and approved return-shipping reimbursement may be available up to 50% of the amount paid. The final breakdown will be shown or communicated during the return process.

### 7.4 Vendor refusal or failure to honor a deal

If a Vendor refuses or fails to honor a valid voucher, is closed when the deal should be available, or does not recognize the deal, open a case from the relevant purchase page. The Vendor normally receives 48 hours to respond and resolve the issue. If the matter remains unresolved, Multideal support will review and manage the case.

Our buyer-protection commitment is that you will not be left out of pocket for a deal that was not properly honored, subject to verification that the voucher was valid, unused, presented in accordance with its conditions, and not affected by fraud or misuse.

## 8. Group deals and reservations

A group deal may depend on a stated participation threshold, deadline, and capacity. A payment method may be authorized before the threshold is reached and charged only when the deal becomes successful. If the group deal does not proceed, the authorization should be released or cancelled and no completed charge should remain.

Group-deal cancellation rights depend on the policy displayed for that deal: statutory-only, flexible, or a stated custom window. Any displayed policy is subject to mandatory consumer law.

## 9. Club points, credits, promotions, and referrals

Registered users may earn club points under the rate displayed by the Service. The current public program describes one point for every shekel spent, with monthly conversion of accrued points into account credits. Credits may be applied to eligible future purchases and do not expire while the applicable membership remains active, unless the displayed program terms lawfully state otherwise.

Points, credits, referral rewards, and promotional benefits are not cash, are not transferable unless expressly stated, and may be subject to eligibility, vesting, expiry, minimum-spend, funding, or stacking rules shown in the Service. We may reverse benefits connected to a refunded, cancelled, charged-back, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible transaction.

We may change or end a benefits program only in accordance with applicable law and any notice or redemption period required by law. Affiliate participation and cash withdrawals may require separate enrollment, identity verification, fraud review, and payout terms.

## 10. Acceptable use

You must not:

- break any law or infringe another person's rights;
- provide false information, impersonate another person, or use a payment method without authorization;
- misuse, copy, sell, manipulate, or fraudulently redeem a voucher;
- create duplicate accounts or transactions to obtain improper credits, promotions, referrals, or affiliate rewards;
- interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, or the operation of the Service;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or use automated means to access the Service except as permitted by law or our written consent;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, deceptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or privacy-invasive; or
- manipulate reviews, cases, returns, chargebacks, or support processes.

## 11. Reviews and other user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Multideal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies required by law, security records, backups, or content already used in connection with a resolved transaction or legal claim.

Your content must be accurate to your experience and must not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove, restrict, or decline content that violates these Terms, while preserving records needed for disputes or legal compliance.

## 12. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding Vendor and user content, and all associated software, design, branding, databases, and materials are owned by or licensed to Multideal and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended personal purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to use Multideal's marks.

## 13. Privacy and communications

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Service may use essential cookies, a locale preference cookie, session-limited location information, and referral-attribution cookies as described in the Cookie and Privacy Policies.

You agree to receive transactional communications needed for authentication, payment, vouchers, delivery, cases, refunds, security, and account administration. Marketing communications require any consent required by law and will include an available opt-out method.

## 14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, freeze, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or address suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, payment abuse, repeated policy violations, harm to users or Vendors, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through support.

Suspension does not erase completed transactions, payment obligations, valid buyer claims, refund obligations, or provisions intended to survive termination. Vendor or affiliate suspensions may also pause deals, earning, payouts, and withdrawals while a review is pending.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. Account closure does not cancel an order or claim already in progress.

## 15. Service availability and third parties

We aim to keep the Service accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, internet failures, payment-provider failures, Vendor systems, carriers, force-majeure events, or legal restrictions may cause delay or interruption.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's independent conduct, but this does not limit responsibility imposed on us by law or for vendors and processors acting on our behalf where applicable.

## 16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms, the relevant listing, or mandatory law. We do not guarantee that every deal will remain available or that subjective expectations not stated in a listing will be met.

No disclaimer applies to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the transaction was made. This does not limit payment, refund, buyer-protection, privacy, intellectual-property, fraud, willful-misconduct, gross-negligence, or other non-excludable liability.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, Multideal's aggregate liability arising from a particular transaction will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for that transaction or **[[[LIABILITY_CAP_ILS]]]**, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.

## 18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security, or business operations. We will post the updated version and effective date. If a change materially reduces existing rights, we will provide advance notice where required and request renewed consent where required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase.

## 19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting mandatory protections available to a consumer.

Please first contact support@multi.deal so we can try to resolve the issue. If it is not resolved, the competent courts located in **[[[COURT_VENUE_CITY_OR_DISTRICT]]]**, Israel will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law permits or requires proceedings elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief or using a consumer complaint, small-claims, regulatory, or other process available under applicable law.

## 20. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the Service, subject to applicable law and without reducing your existing consumer rights.

These Terms and the incorporated policies are the agreement between you and Multideal regarding the Service, except for terms that cannot be excluded and any separately accepted agreement.

The controlling language is **[[[CONTROLLING_LANGUAGE]]]**. A translated version is provided for convenience, but this clause applies only to the extent permitted by law.
