You can reach the Multideal support team in several ways. The fastest is opening a ticket directly inside the app — tap "Support" in the menu, describe your issue, and submit. The support team will get back to you within 24 business hours.

For email enquiries: support@multi.deal. Please include your order number if the enquiry relates to a specific purchase — this will speed up handling.

Support hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00. Requests sent outside these hours will be handled on the next business day.
